Consult the Oracle

How long will my wares take to make?

Each creation takes a little time to emerge from the ether, but typically orders are dispatched within 1 week or less (allot of times quicker). If your piece requires more elaborate magic, I’ll whisper an update your way.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch your handmade piece/s within 7 working days (hopefully even sooner!). We send to the UK via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and USA, Australia and New Zealand Royal mail international standard 7-10 working days. Once your parcel has been posted, you shall be notified and unfortunately it is out of our hands at that point. If you order has not reached you within a week of notification (UK orders) 2 weeks USA, AUS and NZ, please email us on olivesemporiumxx@outlook.com.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we only ship to the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand due to new EU regulations.

Do you have a physical shop?

For now, Olive’s Emporium lives in the digital shadows. Although I often appear at alternative and gothic markets across Norfolk, London, and beyond. Keep an eye on my social pages for where the Emporium will next be.

Are your creations truly handmade?

Every item you see is conjured by my own hands. No factories, no spells of mass production, only time, good intentions, and a pinch of enchantment added for fun.

Do your pieces contain real magic?

Ah, now there’s a question… While I personally believe in the magic, the law insists I tell you that any mystical or enchanted descriptions are for entertainment purposes only. Consider it a legal spell of protection.....for both of us. 🕯️✨

Do you do custom commissions?

Indeed, I do. If you seek something unique please send me your request. I adore bringing bespoke dreams (and sometimes nightmares) to life. Email Olivesemporiumxx@outlook.com

Do you accept returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that returns are not accepted for any personalised or commission pieces. That was all a bit formal wasn't it.
